Dress for Success Western Australia has a multi-talented group of 100 volunteers who help drive our success. We rely on the generosity and commitment of our volunteers to continue our operations. Volunteers are required to assist us Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays and Weekends in various roles including:

  • Stylist and self-care guidance, supporting women to find the right clothes for their job interview, court appearance, first day at work or to affirm their gender.
  • Assisting with our Career Support program, including facilitating career support workshops and webinars, providing mock interviews, resume assistance and mentoring.
  • Supporting our styling and self-care program by sorting clothing donations for the boutique and our fundraising clothing sales.
  • Assisting with preparations for our Dress for Less fundraising clothing sales. Serving customers at the weekend clothing sales.
  • Promoting Dress for Success Western Australia to a range of referral services as well as attending community events and job fairs.
  • Assisting with fundraising events, project work and marketing.
