Dress for Success Western Australia is a registered charity that is part of a global movement of change, empowering women to obtain economic independence by providing them with work-appropriate attire, job support mentoring, access to career development workshops and a supportive network to enable them to move forward and achieve self-sufficiency through gainful employment.

We welcome all cis and trans women, and non-binary people comfortable in women’s spaces. We offer a non-judgmental, empathetic and professional service that strives to empower women and help them reclaim their confidence.

DFS Western Australia strives to make a difference in the WA community by creating opportunities for women in need. We are a positive, solution focused, and energetic team comprising 6 part-time staff (3 Full-time equivalent) and powered by over 100 dedicated volunteers.

Our Services:

Styling & Self-Care

We provide one on one styling and presentation services for women looking to enter the workforce. We provide professional attire and self-care items to empower women to feel confident when attending a job interview, starting a new job or attending an important life event.
If you are unable to come to us, we can arrange virtual styling support services, or style and send clothing delivery.

We also offer outreach group styling and self-care events for outer metro and regional areas.

Career Support

We have a team of supportive and professional volunteer mentors who are passionate about supporting women. They provide career support workshops to build a range of corporate and personal skills, and can provide advice and guidance on resumes, cover letters and job interviews.
